Got home, love, hugs, kisses. Went to the gym.
Back home, Rochelle was asleep while Jake and Jordan were in their bedroom watching South Park (ugh!). So inappropriate, and yet so pervasive in today’s pop culture. Now I’m starting to sound like an old fart, but I guess that’s the job of the parenting generation. Whatever.
Anyway, we lit the candle on day three of Hanukkah, danced the Hora 🙂 and opened a few more gifts. The boys got hematite magnets with British coins (which are magnetic) and one American penny (which is not magnetic). I guess the penny was thrown in there to show the user that copper is not attracted to magnets (or vice-versa). They also got a set of Sharpie markers and pens to encourage their artistic side.
Rochelle got a beautiful Kate Spade Purse, and I got some winter running gear.
After that, we played with the magnets and were off to bed.
Happy and healthy.
